I am pleased to announce PyDERASN 3.11 release availability!
PyDERASN is free software pure Python ASN.1 DER/BER library.

The main improvements for that release are:
* Fix uncaught UTCTime/GeneralizedTime decode error when dealing with
non ASCII-encoded values
