nncp-devel@ maillist soon will be moved from
    lists.cypherpunks.ru to
    lists.cypherpunks.su
domain. Its maillist-related headers will be updated correspondingly.

According to various news sources, looks like .ru (+.рф) domains
prolongation will be hardly possible soon. Maybe that will happen
even not that year, if ever, noone knows. lists.cypherpunks.ru domain
is paid till 2024-12 (and it can not be prolonged for years in forward),
but it is better to move it away in advance.
